Welcome to weekend update. Last night I went and saw Superman in the VIP room at southdale. rather fun and the movie was decent. Spacey was the only actor that could actually, well, act. Parts of the movie were much better then others. Overall I can only give it like a 3/5 or so.That might be actually a little high.
Tonight I am going to the Taste of Minnesota with a friend, should be fun.
I get Tuesday off but not monday. LAME. All well I suppose. I also took a half day on wednesday for the motorcycle class. Coming up soon and I am pumped for it. On the other hand getting a bike might take a little longer then I previously anticipated due to more car repairs. My car needs a new oil pan. Blech.
Other then that… Really not much going on of interest. Not that most of this stuff is of interest 😉

I thought Superman was pretty good, too. The film didn’t really go anywhere (they were probably trying to “play it safe” as much as possible) but I thought the casting was good, and the action scenes enjoyable. I also liked that Superman has a bit “rounder” personality. He’s not angsty, (he is a good-guy remember) but you can see that he has some emotional conflicts. Peace out.

I have an awesome idea for a tattoo that I would really like to do if I can scrape together some extra scratch.
Picture a P-51 Mustang, gear down and seen from about a 45 degree angle from the front and down (as if looking at it from the ground). The engine cover is open like it was being worked on, and on the ground in front of it is an open toolbox and a few stray tools, and on the box are the initials “F.Z.” (for my grandpa Frank). The kicker is the plane is covered in ivy, like it’s been sitting there a long time.
In my head its the best thing ever. This would go from shoulder to shoulder on the top of my back.
