So i was going to write an update on Monday but somethings happened. More on that in a bit.

I know its been a while since I updated and when Trevnor was up here this last weekend he told me I had to update. This last weekend was my birthday weekend, good times for the most part. Trevnor came up, we drank, watched spinal tap, I got the bike back to the tune of 730 or so. A bit of a pain but its running like a champ again. Good stuff all around. Saturday night we went out with some people to celebrate. Good times. I had fun.

Sunday he left, I managed to sneak a ride in the morning, then it was off to lunch withe J&L, then dinner with the parents. Then finally some down time.

Monday I had off from work (its my weekend I will do what I want). I went and took the bike out, got about 80 miles in then came home to this. That’s right, part of my apartment building caught fire. It doesn’t seem to have effected me too badly but I did take Tuesday off work, did laundry, cleaned the place up some and whatnot. I keep finding dust in my pace and am not sure if its dust or smoke residue. Fuckin figures with my recent (Last 2+ months) of rotten luck though. I think its time for me to look into moving rather seriously and will probably put notice in on Monday. Not positive but probably. No official cause of fire yet by the way. Tomorrow they come in to let me know if my apartment will need to be structurally cleaned which it might.

In other news work is ok, I have some additional responsibilities for a little while but no big deal. I might hopefully be getting a raise soon which would pwn as May will be an expensive month if I do put my notice in.

Other then that… at least I have the bike back and its riding weather. Oh yeah, and happy fucking birthday to me.
