Ok, another day, another dollar, another nail in the coffin.
My contract with Cingular was coming to an end, but so far I have been amazingly happy with them (They earned major points in my book for the ease with which they replaced my phone when it went bad around my birthday). So I go in there sunday to renew and found out that I was eligible for a new phone. Waited a few days but I knew I wanted a new phone before I went to Kansas since, well, my phone sucked ass.
Walked out of there today with a Nokia 6030 which is a low end phone (I am not enough of a snob to say “I need blue tooth, and IR and a camera, and a motherfucking video camera and more!”) which is all I really wanted. So far, in the approximately three hours I have had it, I am pleased with it. The radio is a nice touch although larely uneccesary. I do have one minor complaint about it so I will stop by cingular tomorrow and be like “Shit boy, I bought this damn thing yesterday!”
In other news, I am confirmed for this Friday in EC, I am confirmed (mostly) for memorial day weekend in Kansas, I am confirmed for my sisters wedding the weekend after that (sorta) and I am really looking forward to a weekend spent here in my underwear doing nothing the weekend after that. Unless Mike and trevor come up in which case it will be a weekend of party. But some weekend I am looking forward to doing nothing at all.
Finished Killzone, playing Zone of the Enders 2 now. Play time of like 3 hours or so and I feel like I am about half done with the game… fast paced as all hell but there aint much meat to it. Its literally only the boss fights that give me any trouble.
Work is stressful right now, but thats life now aint it?
Other then that… shit I think I got nothin.

I’m game to go up there if Trevor wants to take me. I’ll try to cover gas if I can; a lot of my comfort level with most of this is going to hinge on my job-having.
