Ungh, I have spent the last few days sweating. Lots and lots of sweating. In theory the heat and humiduty are supposed to break in around 2 hours, and drop us down to the 80s for the next few days. It damn well better since I found out whats wrong with my car a/c. To the tune of almost 600 bucks they want to replace the condensor. I say fuck that. If I can find a place that will do it for 300 or less I will do it but otherwise I will keep sweating.

And the a/c in my apartment doesn’t seem to be doing that much either so I am sweating here as well. I am pretty sure that either way I will be spending the night on the futon getting what I can out of the a/c. I also intend to go and bug the apartment manager tomorrow and say “WTF b1tch! Like OMG I am sweating mah balls off in there, that aint right!” and see what they do. Cause shit, that aint right since they provide the a/c.

I spent Friday night down in EC for J’s birthday watching baseball and drinking and, of course, sweating. The game was good, the beer was cheap and the sweating sucked. We did however make out like bandits. Pedometer, frisbee, shirt, and icee for free. And beer batter beers. Over allthat was pretty damn good.

Last night was Dave’s Birthday. It was gas station beer and cheesypoofs since he forgot to get his lisence taken care of ahead of time.

Speaking of lisences, my official motorcycle license came in the mail today, so now thats all nice and neat.

I should probably add that everytime I update this I always have a number of things I mean to mention and then I end up forgetting about half of them and then its just no longer pertinent. Thats life I suppose.

Now if only this weather would break. I hate sweating.

Update time I suppose. At least thats what I was informed by somebody else. I was considering writing last night but ended up drinking instead which was just as good.

Firstly, most of you know this already but to add conclusion to the whole motorcycle license thing, I took the class, completed it without any difficulty and am now just waiting for the physical license to show up. It shouldn’t be that much longer and then I can stop carrying the fucking worthless yellow sheet with me. Next step is a bike, been spending time down at motorcycle minnesota and might buy from them, I dunno.

I started paying for intertron and cable as of thursday of this week. I ended up with some extra channels that I am not paying for but heym I am down with it. I get TCM and AMC, I am down with that. Also got wifi set up so I am sitting pretty on my couch as I write this. Its not bad. Also got the desktop thats running ubuntu working exactly how I want it to be.

In video game news I picked up Suikoden V, Golden Sun II, DOA2 and shadow of destiny. So far I am happy with these purchases. haven’t played them all yet but hey, its all good.gives me something to do in my freetime right?

I have some vacation time I have to spend. I am thinking of taking an extended weekend trip to somewhere. Who has recomendations for where I should go?

Welcome to weekend update. Last night I went and saw Superman in the VIP room at southdale. rather fun and the movie was decent. Spacey was the only actor that could actually, well, act. Parts of the movie were much better then others. Overall I can only give it like a 3/5 or so.That might be actually a little high.

Tonight I am going to the Taste of Minnesota with a friend, should be fun.

I get Tuesday off but not monday. LAME. All well I suppose. I also took a half day on wednesday for the motorcycle class. Coming up soon and I am pumped for it. On the other hand getting a bike might take a little longer then I previously anticipated due to more car repairs. My car needs a new oil pan. Blech.

Other then that… Really not much going on of interest. Not that most of this stuff is of interest 😉
