Yay for moving… Its the fucking highlight of my life right now lemme tell you. As a matter of fact, while I sit here with my beer I will in fact tell you. I have been slowly moving crap over there. Its kinda of an excersize in futility to unpack or anything since I am lacking 2 bookshelves (one of which will be had this saturday) and a desk and such. But at least stuff is getting over there. I went through my place here last night and cleaned out a bunch of old crap. I came across things from various exes (is that the plural for ex? exs? exen?), assorted trips and other random crap that I have accumulated throughout the time that I have called this room my own which is about 6 years. Filled 2 very very full trashbags. Some stuff was kept, others was very definitly not kept. It felt, overall, pretty good.
So there is stuff over there in boxes. Unfortunatly I am also missing a bed (saturday) and places to sit. After that its 2 tvs and an entertainment stand and the damn place is basically ready for unpacking. Well, i also have to move over some other crap. Whatever. Soon it will be not only habitable, but inhabited.
I forgot to mention this a while back. The friday before Easter I got let go from work a few hours early with pay which is always nice. Scampered over to the DMV and got the permit that will allow me to go get my moorcycle license. I will be taking the class with cody, probably in early July. Pwn.
Hrm, what else is of dire importance… there are a lot of things I have to take care of, mostly related to me moving but thats ok. Nothing to earthshaking. Here is some good news though. I got slapped with that 2k car repair bill as you might recall from down there somewhere. Well I went in monday to get about 800 bucks worth of it done. Turns out that at that time there was only $500 they could do or needed to do of it. There might be another piece which would run anywhere from about $600 to a grand but even that is not positive. So pwn there as well. My car is certainly running better and nicer then it did before.
Starting the weekend of the 13th I am going to have busy busy times. There is the ball game with J and Laura and maybe Sean. Cody might be tagging along to that as well. Then the next weekend there is the graduation weekend in Eau Claire where I will be coming down for at least 1 night. That same weekend ‘Nea turns 22 so I imagine there will be some sort of birthday shindig for here. Then the next weekend I go to Kansas for Robin’s wedding. Following weekend its over to Eau Claire for a friday night, then onto Wausau to get see my sister get hitched. I will either be going to Madison or back to Eau Claire that saturday night, not sure which yet. That should fulfill your weekend stalking needs for the meantime.
I guess thats enough for right now. I will leave with the absolutely devasting news of “I got a haircut today.”

That is quite the explanation.
I had cracked drive belts which I knew (if you ask J, he can confirm that I knew this at least by the time we went to the CC Club). I also had and possibly have a small oil leak. Nothing too urgent but i would rather get fixed then let it get worse. This meant replacing the Distributor o ring and then also the seals near the timing belt (which I got replaced). Since the timing belt had to come off there was no labor onthe drive belts at least.
The expensive bit (if it happens) is that my rear main might have to be replaced. Which involves dropping the tranny. Thats where it gets pricey, the damn part is >$100.
